Great post! It's interesting how some labels are turning back to solely vinyl record releases. http://beatcrave.com/2009-01-23/thin-fast-records-to-release-only-vinyl-digital/ I don't think all music genres could pull that off, but I must say, I kinda miss listening to my old vinyl — nothing beats the sound quality of the needle on a record. For those of you who want both the digital and the analog sounds on one disc, here is a new CD/ vinyl hybrid: http://www.psfk.com/2010/06/the-vinyl-and-cd-release-on-one-disc-from-jeff-mills.html

People do not realise how much negative energy is generated when they live in chaos! I would have to totally agree that keeping your home clutter free is essential to being happy. Well done!

Organizing a garage sale of your own will grow old on you very fast. And even if you are into dragging yourself out of bed on a weekend and arranging all your stuff on the front lawn, what do you do after it is all over and you are still stuck with some items? Do you still like doing in on Sunday after spending a long Saturday in the sun, haggling with strangers?

This is where online garage sales come in handy. Ebay works for some but it is just not the optimal place for selling second hand, low price, garage-sale-type of things. This is what online garage sale sites were created for. One of my favorites is http://www.privategaragesale.com

PrivateGarageSale.com was created for normal people, not businesses or internet merchants. It's easy and free. All you have to do is type in a description, enter your ZIP code and upload a few pictures if you wish. It’s totally free and you don’t even have to disclose your email (or address) to strangers. A great way to list all your leftover stuff for sale.
